Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Hoopdance.Love including classes, instructor training, and the sale of Hula Hoops. By registering for a service or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration and Payment

Registration for classes or training sessions is done online or via email at hello@sylviatomek.com. Payment must be made in advance. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers and other specified payment options. Your registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Classes: If you cancel a class booking more than 48 hours before the session, you will receive a full refund or credit for a future class. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Instructor Training: If you cancel your registration more than 14 days before the training, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days before the training will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the training. If a course or training session is canceled due to insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative date.

4. Participation Requirements

Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely. Hoopdance.Love reserves the right to exclude participants who do not meet these requirements or disrupt the course environment.

5. Liability

Hoopdance.Love is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from participation in classes, training, or the use of Hula Hoops. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own physical fitness and suitability for the activities. Hoopdance.Love is also not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings during sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, choreographies, and resources provided during classes or training sessions are the intellectual property of Hoopdance.Love. Distribution, reproduction, or use of these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent is prohibited.

7. Product Sales

Hula Hoops purchased from Hoopdance.Love are non-refundable unless they are defective. Defects must be reported within 7 days of purchase.

8. Data Protection

Participant data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of providing services. Fitness Hoopdance will not share personal data with third parties without explicit consent. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board but will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Larnaca, Cyprus.

11. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

Hoopdance.Love reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be informed of significant changes via email or on our website.
